25TH ANNIVERSARY DINNER & AWARDS CEREMONY
That's right, TADQ is 25 years old and we celebrated by holding a 25th Anniversary Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Brett's Wharf on 7th September 2006. It was attended by our Patron, Myles McGregor Lowndes, all our board members , staff and many volunteers. Guests included members of the Anz Executors & Trustee Company and members of the Charles Viertel charitable foundation, as well as the family of Yuri Varabioff and our regional co-ordinators from Mt Isa and the Gold Coast. Life Membership was awarded to our Board President, John Frith in recognition of his 10 years service as President.

Media releases
On 2 March 2005, TADQ was 'rebranded', and an event was held at the head offices in Brisbane to formally thank sponsors Thiess Services and QUT for their substantial financial and in-kind support. The media release is attached. The event also showcased this new website, new logo and publications.
