Services
TADQ provides unique services for the frail aged and people with a disability.
TADQ takes requests from therapists and individuals, by phone, fax or email, to adapt or modify existing items, or to fully create new ones.
Each request must be accompanied by a completed TADQ Project Request Form. This can be submitted for either a Individual or Group project.
TADQ’s Occupational Therapist then assesses each request based against two criteria:
1: Would the piece of equipment requested provide a safe and effective solution? 2: Does TADQ have the appropriate and available resources and expertise?
If the project request is possible, TADQ’s Occupational Therapist then links the project to a Volunteer who liaises with the person in need to find a solution.
